70% of students eat snack foods as a snack. Even 80% in our school. Remember?
21% of them eat snacks every day, 35% eats 3 or 4 times a week and 43% eats at least once or twice a week.
There are some problems on snack foods as we explained on the page of "Efficacy of meal".
How can we solve them?
Yeah. You just have to control yourself.
How about keeping them in an out-of-sight place?

I read the study of Sydney University. It says that the people who have a shortage of protein tend to eat too much snack foods.
So if you think you eat too much snack food, why don't you try to get a lot of protein like eggs or meat, the red color's food?

Or taking the snack which has low calories and makes you feel full.

First, "Sweet potato with raisin and mayonnaise".
It is so easy to make.
The ingredients are sweet potato (half or one), mayonnaise, and raisin.
First boil sweet potato.
When it gets ready, smash it when it is hot with the back of folk.
At last, mix it with mayonnaise and raisin.
Wow! It is so easy. We often eat snacks after school, don't we?

"Rice cake with milk"
The ingredients are milk 200ml, starch 3 big spoons, and sugar 2 big spoons.
First, put milk and starch and sugar in the pot, and get on it at low heat or middle heat.
Then stir it with wooden spatula.
When milk gets warm, it gets thick sudenly. Then stop heating.
And then put it in the bowl and make it cool.
It is like a milk jelly.
Well, it doesn't take more time than making a milk jelly.
